Q: How to pay online ?
A: We close online payment function, our website is just to collect order information. After we receive your order, we will send you invoice with shipping cost accordingly.
Q: What is the MOQ (Minimum order quantity) ?
A: Aprint don't set MOQ, you can buy any quantity you like.
Q: How much is shipping cost ?
A: We alwasy charge usd80 for goods within 5kg(volume weight). If the order is above 5kg, we will calculate dimensions and offer shipping cost accordingly.
If you have shipping agent in China, we cover shipping cost to any city in China.
Q: What is the delivery time ?
A: Mostly we ship by Fedex, for some regions DHL and UPS are also possible. Usually it takes 7- 10days to reach your address. For mass production, it takes 2 weeks or longer.
Q: What is the payment method ?
A: For USD Dallars, Bank transfer and Paypal are ok. For RMB you can pay via Wechat and Alipay. With paypal there is 5% handling cost. We don't accept Credit card, Visa card, Western union, pay on arrival, cash.
Q: What is the warrantee policy ?
A: Aprint runs 100% quality test before delivery. By any chance the defective happen, we provide 1:1 replacement or credit directly within 90days against invoice date.
Q: Did you sell to my country before ? if yes, which company do you sell to ?
A: We sell to more than 50 countries accross the world. We can't share our clients information, if you work with us, we will also keep your information safe.
Q: Do you offer discount? Can I have special prices?
A: We keep prices open on website, so our clients don't need to talk about prices item by item, order by order, saving trouble for both sides.
If our prices are higher than market prices, please kindly let us know, we will reduce prices on website directly.
